At agstyum, every product is printed and fulfilled via our partner Printrove. To ensure clarity and transparency, please read our return and refund policy carefully.


๐Ÿ” Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

We offer replacements only if the product you received is damaged or defective.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery.
  • Share the following via email:
    • Clear photos/videos of the defect
    • An image of the barcode label (UID) on the product
    • An image of the outer package with shipping label

Once verified, weโ€™ll process a free replacement or issue store credit.


โŒ Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Wrong size or color ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Customer not available at time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Packages returned to origin (RTO)

๐Ÿšš Courier Returns (RTO โ€“ Returned to Origin)

If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts:

  • It will be held at our warehouse for 30 days
  • You may request reshipment (standard shipping charges apply)
  • If no action is taken within 30 days, the order will be donated to charity

๐Ÿ”„ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled as it is sent for printing and fulfillment
  • Once the product is printed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed as store credits that can be used on future orders.

โณ Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

Amount Reflection in Bank: 5โ€“7 business days (depending on your bank or payment method)

Review Time by Agstyum Team: 2โ€“3 business days

Verification with Printrove: 2โ€“5 business days

Refund Initiation: Within 1โ€“2 business days of confirmation
